FAST DAYS can be any of the following:

Monday to Sunday

You can fast for 1 day,3 days or 1 week at a time.

A normal fast is no food intake during daylight hours.You can eat and drink after sundown.

Fast for 1-2 meals if you're just starting out.

If you're new to fasting, start off slowly with a fast that lasts just one meal. If you feel confident afterward, fast for 2 meals and work your way up

THE BEST WAY TO START A FAST IS TO FAST FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT WITH NO FOOD OR DRINK BUT WATER AND NO SOCIAL MEDIA AND NOT TALKING ALOT TO ANYONE .JUST READ THE BIBLE TO FEED YOUR SPIRIT AND PRAY. AFTER THE FAST YOU CAN EAT FRUITS,VEGETABLES,NUTS,RICE AND BEANS AND PROTEIN WITH BONE BROTH,VITAMIN WATER OR FRESH WHOLE JUICES.

THEN AFTER THE 3 DAYS FAST YOU CAN DO A 18 DAY PARTIAL FAST AS WELL .

AFTER 18 DAYS YOU CAN START TO EAT AGAIN AS YOU DO NORMALLY .

Fasting is a way to humble yourself in the sight of God (Psalm 35:13; Ezra 8:21). King David said, “I humbled my soul with fasting” (Psalm 69:10). You may find yourself relying on God more fully for strength when you fast. Fasting and prayer can help us hear God more clearly.

There are three different types of fasts recorded in Scripture: the absolute fast, the normal fast and the partial fast. An absolute fast is extreme and should be done only for very short periods of time. On an absolute fast, you take in nothing—no food, no water.
